This is an archived download (which was originally posted in 2019), as I am deleting all my old creations from my simblr.
 
Simsered asked if I could upload my neon diner set, and I ended up getting carried away, so here is a nicer and properly built version. 
 
The diner has two different aesthetics during day and night. Remember to turn off all the lights if you’re taking daytime pictures. If the lighting doesn’t look like it should, try moving a window out and then back to its place. Not shown in these preview pictures are a minimally dressed kitchen and two bathrooms. Here are more shots of the diner. (Note: I can't remember if I used Reshade or not for these pictures, but it is likely, so the colours of the diner may look less saturated in game).
